As Service Delivery Manager, Zofia serves as a bridge between our clients and our technical teams. She ensures our clients receive the high-quality support they expect and deserve, stepping in to answer questions and resolve issues whenever needed. Zofia also supports the operations side by scheduling our team, assigning projects and on-site visits, and even helping with interviews and alignment reviews, among other things. She’s also not afraid to roll up her sleeves and tackle technical tickets when needed.
Before joining Simplified IT Consulting, Zofia provided technical support to employees and clients as an IT Support Specialist at Bennington State Bank. She pitched in with audit prep and helped on Microsoft projects such as rolling out multifactor authentication, setting up online archiving, and making it easier to share resources with other companies in the same building. Zofia earned a bachelor’s degree in network management and system administration with an emphasis in forensic computing, as well as minors in database management and business management. She achieved certifications in AZ-900, Cisco SMB Engineer, and IBM AI Fundamentals. Her talents are so multifaceted that she even earned an All-KCAC (Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference) Scholar Athlete Award.

What makes Simplified IT Consulting different from other companies you have worked with?
Team and culture. We all genuinely care about each other, inside and outside of work, starting with Jack, Vincent and Crystal, which then carries over to the rest of the team. We do a lot of team bonding activities, people support each other, there are no stupid questions, etc. Lots of joking around, which helps with stress and being overwhelmed. The amount of help and support I received from Vincent and Jack, starting from Day 1 of my employment, was incredible.
What do you wish people knew about Simplified IT Consulting?
How genuinely committed we are to doing things right, not just rushing through tasks and tickets, but thinking how we can improve things for next time, what can we do to make people’s lives easier, suggesting a better way of doing things, etc. Always taking that extra step to make sure our clients are happy and feel taken care of. It may not always show on the outside, because one, we do have a lot on our plates, and two, different clients can perceive things differently. They like to be talked to in their own ways, etc., but we do our job right and we take these extra steps, whether clients see it or not.
What’s your favorite part about working for Simplified IT Consulting and/or helping clients or coworkers?
My favorite part about working for Simplified IT Consulting is being a part of projects, meetings, discussions, etc., that are “above my paygrade,” which allows me to learn and find things that I might be interested in, which otherwise I might have not discovered. There are lots of opportunities to learn, and I’m always being encouraged to learn and grow. As far as clients, I think it’s the satisfaction of being able to help out and make someone else’s life easier
What is your favorite thing about the Woodland Hills area? Do you have a favorite restaurant or any local places you love to go after work?
