Simplified IT Consulting is excited to announce our April 2025 Giveaway. This month, one eligible participant will be selected to receive an Apple Watch SE smartwatch.*

Eligibility:

  • This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older.
  • Employees of Simplified IT Consulting and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

April Giveaway Period:

  • The giveaway for March begins on April 1, 2025, at 12:00 AM PST and ends on April 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM PST.

How to Enter:

  • LinkedIn – Like our posts on LinkedIn to earn 1 entry per platform, up to 5 likes = 5 entries.
  • LinkedIn – Comment on our posts on LinkedIn to earn up to 5 entries (1 entry per comment, up to 5 total).
  • Alignable – Participate in our discussion on Alignable by commenting on any of our posts. Earn 2 entries per comment, up to a total of 10.
  • Refer a business that could benefit from our IT services to earn 2 entries.

Prize Details:

  • One lucky winner will receive an Apple Watch SE smartwatch.

Important Additional Terms

  • The prize awarded is non-transferable, and no cash equivalent or reimbursement will be provided in lieu of the prize.

  • The selected smartwatch does not include paid subscriptions. The winner is solely responsible for any costs associated with internet or data services, premium applications, or additional features that require separate purchase or subscription.

  • * Smartwatch model offered is subject to availability. Simplified IT Consulting reserves the right to substitute models or modify the list of available smartwatches at any time without prior notice.

Winner Selection and Notification:

  • The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.
  • The winner will be announced on Friday, May 2, 2025.
  • Simplified IT Consulting will contact the winner using the information provided at the time of entry. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.

General Conditions:

  • By entering, participants agree to allow Simplified IT Consulting to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
  • Simplified IT Consulting reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the event.
  • Simplified IT Consulting is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries.
  • Past monthly giveaway winners are not eligible to win another monthly giveaway prize but remain eligible for the main prize (the 2 round trip tickets).

  • Any personal information collected as part of this giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the event and in accordance with Simplified IT Consulting’s privacy policy.
